Notes On The Score
The "N's" mean downstrokes, "V"'s mean
upstrokes, and the Roman numerals denote "position",
i.e. the fret that your index finger should be lined up with,
regardless of whether the index finger is actually being used.
The asterisks are my notation; they just mean "look
out", a change in picking pattern occurs at this point.
In real TAB music, "N" downstrokes look more like
staples, i.e.:
*** * *
which I don't have a font character for. You get the idea. The Roman numeral positioning system is borrowed from classical guitar notation.
